Period cramps
I get really bad cramps I can't even walk when I have my period and i want to get back on the pill, but which one would be good for me??
something that helps me with really bad cramps is exercising, it may seem weird but it does work.
Only a DR can inform u of which pill is bees for u. All women react to different pills in different ways. If I were to make a suggestion, I'd recommend Seasonique or Orhotricyln low. Good luck!
