Pimple like thing on penis.

I've had this pimple like bump on my penis for about a year and when i pop it some weird hard yellow thing comes out (Its not puss but a hard yellow thing) and keeps recurring and never goes away, i haven't been to a doctor yet..im going to upload a screenshot, im worried it might be syphillis..yes ive had anal before and unprotected aswell and oral a few times but it was there before that..ive read that syphillis can be transferred orally so maybe its that, ive been having trouble thinking straight and ive not been myself lately, i get very dizzy and cant think straight for about a couple of hours a day..and i think this could be causing it? ive been to the doctors several times regarding my dizzyness but theyve found nothing..

LINK TO PICTURE (The bump is under my thumbs nail)

I do not know what it is (it could be several things), but without a direct examination, which I cannot do here on the forum, and testing, we cannot diagnose.  That is why you need to see a doctor.

Since we cannot diagnose or test the problem, you need to see a doctor for this.  The will most likely have to test/culture this "bump" to see what it is before they can treat it.

In the meantime, do not go without unprotected sex.  Until you know what this problem is, do not have any sex of any kind.
