Please help me.....what could be causing this ???

HI I really need some help.

I got married about a year ago & since then we've enjoyed a great relationship in all terms & sexually as well. Our sexual compatibility has been great & we used to have regular intercourse , sometimes almost twice - thrice a day & i used to satisfy her to the fullest & I HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING AN ERECTION AT ANY POINT IN TIME.

However, about 3 months ago my wife left on a training program to another country,.so i had to stay away from her for about 3 months. The first 2 & a half months were okay, i used to keep myself busy with work & once in a while when i really felt the sexual urge, i used to masturbate thinking of her & i used to tell her this & she was quite happy, coz i was masturbating & not cheating her in anyway.....& i can never think of doing this, coz i really love her.

Well she's back now.....how3ever during the last 15-20 days of her absence i was really missing her, & i started smoking & masturbating heavily, sometimes 3 to 4 times a day, i don't know what happened to me , but i guess i needed to over come the stress of being away from her....& now she's back, but i don't seem to be able to get the type of erections i used to.

Moreover she has to stroke my penis & engage in physical stimulation in order to get me erect & i am also ejaculating pretty early.....Also earlier in life i used to get visually stimulated , but i seem to have totally lost that, nothing visually stimulates an erection......Are these signs of any sort of erectile dysfunction ???? Could the excessive masturbation in those 25 days have caused this.....i really have a good life, a great wife, also plan to start a family soon, but i'm worried i could have this problem & could throw my life in disarray...please help !!!

absolutelty! I am living proof that this will work because I've been there done that. Screw what the internet is telling you "masturbation is healthy and consider normal"

They forgot to mention it may cause having problems in the bedroom with your woman.

It's masturbation PERIOD. Your penis has gotten use to your hand. You need to quit masturbation all together buddy!

I use to masturbate and I had all those symptoms you just mention.
Since I stop masturbating (and it took me a good month to see great results)

My penis:

Became more sensitive ( I could feel the sensation from the vagina better)
I was able to enjoy sex with a condom
I had more erections thru out the day
My penis had more erections on demand when a woman kiss me
My penis started throbbing again when hard
My penis felt more sensitive when a woman touch, rubbed, or suck it
Sex was just more enjoyable compared to masturbating and still having sex.

I hope you follow my advice.
