Stir the semen up? My god. It's not a paste that needs stirring...

Most guys don't like their testicles being touched at all. At the very most, lick or extremely gently stroke them. If you applied any real pressure at all, you could give him the most painful experience of his life.

Personally I think it would most likely be an emotional problem, rather than a physical thing. He just has to be turned on. He has to be happy and relaxed, and he has to know that you are happy, relaxed, and enjoying it! If there is ANY indication that it's a chore for you, or you just don't look like you are enjoying yourself, then that is a complete and utter catastrophe.

Ask him if there is ANYTHING you can do to turn him on better. Try stripping for him, dance sexy, sexy lingerie, extend the foreplay, try some different positions, look at him in the eyes and smile and moan with pleasure.. Guys need to be emotionally turned on too. And remember guys that they are extremely visually stimulated.

Also, bear in mind that most women would LOVE a man who can stay hard and go for 3 hours. If you are finding it a chore, then that suggests something needs to be changed in your routine, for both of you. You need to be enjoying every minute of it, so much so that you would be glad to go for 3 hours. And if you improve your routine and you are super turned on, then that will do a lot to turn him on much more too, and things will improve.

It usually takes a male on average 15 minutes to ejaculate. Erectile Medications will not help. They help blood flow to the penis to keep it erect, not help him ejaculate faster. Trying different things in the bedroom might help. Try using your hands to stimulate him. The most sensitive part of a man's penis is the area right under the head of the penis. It has the most nerve endings. Try different positions. One thing that might also help, when you are having sex, massage his testicles. It should help stir the semen up and help him ejaculate faster.

He might be a good candidate for Viagra or one of the other ed medications.
