Quick Question

I have been with my boy friend for a year now and when we have sex my vagina tears like the skin around it, not the actual vagina it stops but the skin below it has ripped all the way to like my butt hole, awkward, but it just keeps tearing. It has happened every time for about the last 4 months. What do i do, how do i fix it?

Hello,
These tears are due to perineal tears. You can use water-soluble starch based lubricant such as KY Jelly – these are similar to natural lubrication and should be applied to the area around the lips (vulva) and vagina just before intercourse takes place; vaginal moisturizers used 2-3 times a week, Vaseline etc .

If the symptoms persist then get it evaluated from a gynecologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
