Random White Bumps, need assistance

I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and have been here for about 7 months. I noticed recently a group of very tiny white bumps forming around the shaft of my penis. I have not tried to pick at them or pop them or anything. They are very tiny and I can't really feel that they are raised. But they are most noticeable when my penis is flaccid. I have had though, a slightly larger white bump towards the head of my penis, pretty much around the forskin (i am circumcised). I have had that bump for a long time and never thought anything of it than being a pimple, I have popped that one a couple times and white puss has come out just like a pimple. I am concerned about the smaller white bumps. I have never had anything like this before and it's really starting to worry me. They do not hurt or itch, but since I know they're there I just feel paranoid about it. Again, they are very small and hard to notice unless you looking for them, they start on the right side of the shaft and come around to the top and stop. I did have unprotected sex about 2 months before I deployed but I just don't know. We got blood drawn before we left. I'm an really worried and have no idea what to think, I've looked up everything but just don't know the answer. Can anyone assist?

I'm not really sure because they are not as raised as in some of the pictures and they are on the shaft. They look more like spots than bumps.

Is this what they look like? If so possibly they are pearly penile papsules.
