Rash on penis head after Sex/Mastrubation/Wet dreams

Hi Folks/Doctors,

Now(2018), i had been diagnosed prostatities inAug-2012 , went to a GP,gave me antibiotics and asked me to see aspecialist after 3 months.
Did'nt improve so i went and saw the Specialist, He put afinder in my rear and confirmed as i got prostaties. NA dthis time gave me strong dose of antibiotics.
After 3 months i got some(about 8%) relief. It only flare up if i ate green chilly.
Since then i kind of adjusted to the life style(not eating green chillies).

In  (Oct2016), after our second child birth, My wife had this birth control(stick onder the shoulder skin) placed. Nothing changed for us.
But in (May 2017) i had sex on sunday, But from tuesday i felt some itching on my penis head and foreskin,I saw rashes on my penis, i freaked out and cleaned with soap.
exactly after 2 day all the rashes gone.I thought that is once off, but again we had sex on Friday , by sunday same thing(rashes/around 4or5 small red dots very itchy)but this time only around penis head(not onthe foreskin).
So went to doctor and told this, he ordered all possible STI and STD tests, ALL came back negetive.
And the doctor showed me the reports and told me nothing to worry. But the rashes(small dots ver itchy for 1 day). I thought it is is happening bcz of sex i gave up sex and started mastrubating , Same thing Rashes again, I gave up sex/mastrubating for whole 2 weeks.
One day i had a wetdream, and came in my short at night. next day morning i went and wash/bath as per normal. But hte rash came back in 2 days.

Went and saw different doctor he gave me hydrozole cream, i applied it after sex, again rashes came.
And i went to see another doctor he gave me Tricortone cream , i applied that after sex the rashes come waht limited to 1 or 2 damll red dots.

And it has been happening since 6-8 motnhs, i have changed the jobs, so i wnet and saw a doctor near my work place. He took a swab on my penis head and sked me come back after 1 week.
HE told me that i have step bacteria, and gave me kefplex antibiotics for 2 weeks.

And again went to doctor and notified him that the rashes are still coming, He got frustated and asked me to see specialist.
Here to see the specialist is very long wait, around 2 months wait period.

Please suggest me any ideas.

Sorry about my english , As english is not my first language.

Thanks
Greg

Wow, that's quite a story. Not being a medical Dr., I of course can't help with diagnosing this, but I'm wondering if somehow you might have become allergic to your own semen? It sounds to me like every time you ejaculate from either intercourse, masturbation or a wet dream, you get a rash & the only thing that seems common to all of these is the ejaculate. It sounds very weird & would seem almost impossible to be allergic to your own semen, but that's the only thing I can come up with. There have been a tiny % of people who became allergic to something from their own body, so it's not completely impossible. Otherwise my advice would be to continue to seek other specialists (could be a Urologist or possibly even a Dermatologist) - it may take trying several different Dr's in order to find one that finally figures out what's causing this. Best of luck to you in your search for a cure - keep trying, don't give up...
