Right ball and right knee pain
Around 1-2 weeks ago my right ball had minor pain whenever i masturbaited although its more noticiable now and theres small pain even when i havent masturbaited. Im also starting to get a sharp pain in my right knee since yesterday whenever i walk.
If it helps, i also believe i developed dermatographia about a week ago.

You should really see a doctor about this. Testicle pain could be caused by many things, all of which needs to be determined by a doctor.
The dermatographia, if you have that, may not be related, but should also be evaluated by a doctor.
