Scared something stuck in anus

I was masturbating and wanted to experiment, so I tried inserting a toothbrush into my anus. I then fell asleep and a toothbrush was laid on the table right next to my bed. The problem is I can't remember taking it out and putting it there. I'm almost positive it's the same toothbrush but I'm not sure I could have taken it out in my sleep.

I don't feel any problems and I've used my fingers to look and found nothing. I've been able to fart since then but that might just be a sign. I'm really scared that something might still be up there so I'm reading into everything in my body. I'm going insane.

I really don't want to see a doctor if I don't have to. I'm a minor so I can't go by myself. Can I just eat and wait until I poop? I've learned my lesson and won't ever do this again.

You would know if you had a toothbrush left in your anus. Not easy to miss. You don't, I'd not worry about that. Be careful what you are inserting into your anus though. You don't want anything to break off and get stuck or to harm yourself if it is too rigid and rough. A penis, even when erect, is still covered in soft skin and malleable to some extent.
