Scared to see a doctor

Ok, So when im on my period i get really bad pains and I take a bath and I heard orgasms help relieve the cramps. So when I take a bath I use the jets to give me an orgasm and ive done it plenty of times. But the other week I did it and when i got out I noticed where the pink thing at the top in the middle is, on the left side of that it was swollen and I was terrified I didnt know what happened so I thought it would just go down. Well it did eventually go down but now where it was it looks like extra skin like the swelling went down its just more wrinkled kind of skin and it doesnt look normal, also i think the pink thing in the middle looks a little more opened, it doesnt itch or anything its just the way it looks and i dont like it. I am sexually active, but im scared to have another orgasm at all because I dont want it to swell up again and i dont know what to do. Im very shy about people seeing me naked and looking down there so i dont want to go to a doctor. Please help i need to know what to do.

A lot of women older than you are also very shy about bot wanting anyone to see them "down there" but they know that sometimes a doctor is the only one who can help with those kinds of issues so they deal with it and go see the doc. You can go to a female doc, which is always my preference. And you can tell her that you're nervous and embarassed about your body and I'm sure that she will tell you she's seen it all and nothing shocking about it for her.

You might as well just go to the doc. Your description sounds very odd so I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help you with this online.

No. You have to see a doctor to figure out what is going on with you. You can take Midol, or any other pain reliever for cramps. Stay away from the bath jets for awhile, and don't do anything to irritate your vagina or vulva. Meanwhile you need to make an appointment to see a doctor for an examination.

Hi,

Whenever you experience any pain, swelling, extreme itching, or something seems abnormal regarding your vagina or vulva, you should always make an appointment to see a doctor/gynecologist. This is how you make sure it isn't something serious, like an infection or disease. If you feel embarrassed about seeing the doctor, you can always choose a female doctor if you have an option ~ always keep in mind that doctors see naked people all the time with all kinds of health issues, so seeing you is nothing out of the ordinary for them. When you go in for an exam with a gynecologist, you usually only get undressed from the waist down, and then you are covered with a gown, so that you aren't completely naked... The doctors are usually very friendly and helpful, and they have assistants with them who are very pleasant as well; many appointments take less than 30 minutes...
