Sex without Climax

My husband takes cialis for his ed and it works just fine but he is now having a problem with climaxing... we just go until he or I get tired... He also takes paxil because he is bipolar and the doctor told him that its a side affect to paxil... We want a baby so it has him very discouraged and depressed over it ! He has asked his dr if there was a different med he could take in place of paxil but we havent gotten a response from the dr yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Yes I remember ; there is a retrogary ejaculation. Ejaculation passed to bladder, instead through urethra. In this case also you have to get advice from a doctor...

Even without orgasm, conception is possible, if the sperm count is normal and female is fertile.
