sweat

Hello my all dearest friends,

I have a problem that I want to share with you with a strong hope that you would help me and give me some valuable tips to solve my problem. My problem is:

When the summer season ends I don't have sweat anymore. Then when I eat hot and spicy things or take coffee I feel my body is over heating and I feel as if many niddles (pins) are  hitting me in my head and back etc with pain. Then I either have to sit some where or to leave drinking or eating hot things to get myself cool. But when I start having sweat I don't have this problem any more. I have this problem when ever the sweat season is about to start or end.

I want to know:

(1)     What is this problem and how can I get rid of it forever?

(2)     Is it skin related problem or something else?

(3)     What I should eat or drink that can help me to resolve this problem.

Please friends, please help me. please please please

Regards,

Irfan

You should include more of buttermilk, cucumber, watermelons and fresh fruits in your diet and cut down on chicken, if you are not a vegan. And to get more information regarding your condition, its better to consult a doctor :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to gustatory sweating or Frey’s syndrome. It is excessive sweating that certain individuals regularly experience on the forehead (scalp), upper lip, perioral region, or sternum a few moments after eating spicy foods, tomato sauce, chocolate, coffee, tea, or hot soups.

Consult a doctor and get it evaluated to discuss the treatment options with him.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
