Utopia female arousal gel and breastfeeding
Hi,
I have just bought Utopia from Durex Play (female arousal gel), but reading directions later at home I have found out that if you breastfed you shouldn't use the product... Actually I do but I'm wondering why is it so, what kind of hazard could be for the baby?
Could anybody fill me in please?

Simply, such gels contain bioactive compounds that are absorbed through the skin and derivatives of these will mix in the blood building up certain levels of these chemicals. Some chemicals pass on through mother's milk & some do not. The product developers, after checking - issue such warnings which should be followed cause any of these bioactive compounds could be very harmful for infants.
