Skin of penis swells

Hi, I'm 20 yrs old and i've never been able to get an orgasm from masturbating.
every time i try to masturbate, the skin of my penis just starts to swell after like 15 or 20 mins, and it's like 3 times thicker as normal.
it doesn't hurt or cause a burning sensation or w/e, and i can still easily pull the foreskin over the top of my penis and back. It also feels a bit different than when i have a normal erection, as if its a very little bit numb.
I've had some wet dreams so i know the sperm should b able to come out somehow.

rlly hope someone can help me, i've had this problem ever since i started masturbating but nvr rlly dared to seek help.
if it's really necessary i could maybe add pictures later, but i hope my explanation was clear enough.

According to this index "http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm" it's CI-4, I'm guessing that's pretty normal/average. Don't really see anything wrong with it.
And yeah, I think I did a few times but it doesn't really change much.
No pain when urinating whatsoever.
And yeah, I guess I should see a doc, but I'm just hoping to get a good answer here first to save myself the embarrassment :|

Hi. First of all, guys who are uncircumcised can have varying amounts of foreskin, some alot and some can nearly appear circumcised (or the foreskin will retract alot over the head of the penis when erect). Anyway, what im getting at is to look up 'foreskin coverage index' and see where you fit, in regards to how much foreskin you have, then you can see if you think yours appears like it should.

Additionally, have you tried masturbating with your foreskin rolled back? does that help? Also does it hurt when urinating?

Lastly, if it does start to become a problem, or stops you from doing the things you need to do, see a doc. I've had too, embarrassing at first, but glad i did it as the doc did diagnose something (luckily nothing life threatening or requiring surgery). Good luck :)
