Sore penis

Is a penis that goes sore during sexual intercourse, after a period of abstinence, an effect of abstinence?
Can this happen after a 3-week abstinence?
Also, is is true that after a few weeks of no sex,men usually ejaculate very fast or do they register the same average time?

Thank you!

Thanks so much for your reply!
I'm not a guy, i was asking these questions regarding somebody else.
As for faster ejaculation, i know there's no rule, but i'd like to know whether it's normal for the same guy to have different ejaculation times after about the same period of abstinence. To be more exact, the same guy once orgasmed in about 7, and on a different occarion, after about the same length of abstinence, after more than an hour..

Did the period of abstinence include abstinence from masturbation as well? It is certainly possible that your penis can become more sensitive after "not using it" for a while. This sensitivity would explain the soreness. Also, after not ejaculating for a while, many men tend to orgasm quicker than they usually would.
