Soreness at tip of penis

Hi, I have a feeling of discomfort at the end of my penis. Sometimes I think it's gone but then I notice it and then can't ignore it for ages. It often gets more intense later in the day. When I do notice it, like if I wake up and feel it, I then dwell on it for ages. I had a urinary tract infection in the middle of December but had antibiotics which cleared it up. I have never had any discharge, or spots/bumps, and it's not physically sore To touch.
I had an oral encounter with someone other than my partner in October but have since had in January tests for hiv, herpes, chlamydia, syphillis, gonorreh, hep b, ureaplasma and mycoplasma and have come back negative for everything. Could this encounter have anything to do with it, or my initial uti in December? I had another urine test yesterday and don't currently have a  uti arty tract infection.

Could it be psychosomatic and it's nothing actually real? At the paid-for clinic where I had my std tests she said a uti in men was unusual and i should get it checked so maybe I'm worried about this, or worried I got ithe infectionduring my oral experience.

Any advice/opinions would be welcome.

@howiestyles

I have experienced the same same thing after an oral encounter. I'm only at 7 weeks post exposure and have also received negative test results on all the same pathogens.

My urologist diagnosed me with prostatitis which just seems to be the diagnosis by deduction. I've been treated with a wide array of antibiotics without any success.

I'm going to try a chiropractor, then maybe try some herbal remedies... Look into Arctostaphylos or "Uva Ursi" as well.

Hope you feel better!

Thanks for replying Nohard, maybe I'll give that a try just as a matter of course. Any thoughts on my other queries, how I caught it, psychosomatic feelings etc, anyone else? Thanks again

Hi Howie, Cant see why they said it was unusual for men I tend to get one each year, in the summer, but that could be from water here in Greece, but get over mine with cranberry juice, so you could try some cranberry luice for a week, twice a day, that way you know you would be doing something good to your body to help it, perhaps that may knock it out for you clear you mind.
Good Luck
