Spot next to perineum

Hey. I had a small bump to the right my perineum a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it was after protected intercourse but I didn't notice it till a week later. It was small, easy to see though and it was flesh coloured and almost had a pearly look to it. When I stretched the skin you could barely see it. That went down, and I had intercoirse for the first time since then with the same man, protected, and I've noticed the same spot but slightly above it. It doesn't hurt or itch and I wipe the know it was there unless I looked. To begin with, I have been diagnosed with vulvodynia. So sex is pretty painful at times, especially after. My skin on my vulva does get painful at times and its even worse after sex. I don't know if it's related. Could it be from friction? I do know I changed up my ky jelly brand, that's the only thing I done different and I also use non latex condoms.
