Strange lumps

i have got some strange bumps on my penis, around the connection area from the body to the penis, it goes all around that area and on the underneath of the penis.. they are very small but there are quite a lot of them and stand out easily when erect. i have done some research and cannot find anything on the internet.. that i have managed to find.. that has sounded like what i have.. and the worste thing is i haven't even had sex yet.. and im only sexually active by touching my female partner..

its very embarrassing and i cant bring myself to getting it check out as i am also 15.. turning 16 in august.. is there anyway i can upload a picture or anything of it that someone could check out for me and give me some feedback?
