Swollen & Painful Testicles

Hi,
donno if there is anyone can help. my girlfriend and i do alot of kissing, hugging, sensual touch, i was totally erected and feel like having sex with her everytime. but she disagree on pre-marital sex. So she is still a virgin. but anyway, because after 1 or 2 hours of erection each session, i usually feel a little pain on my testicles.... especially on the right side testicle. i wondering is this the normal pain that i should get for erecting too long with masturbating or having sex, or is it abnormal?

please help.... thanks alot

The odd light testicle pain is normal. I`ve had the odd slight pain in either side very occasionally now for over 20 years. Its because its your testicle you`re obviously worrying about it. If it was a little pain in your ankle you wouldn`t bother too much.
Thats not to be confused with anything abnormal of course like serious pain or lumps or bumps. If the pain isn`t consistent you`ll be fine.
