Swollen Foreskin!! 18 years old got a date tomorrow, needs help

I'm a 18 year old male, sexually active and earlier today I was masturbating and I kept going flaccid which is very odd for me so I just went on doing it harder and faster, this went on for over an hour and  when I was done I went about my day as normal, then 30 minutes ago I went to take a pee and I notice the complete tip of my foreskin  and a few centimeters down is swollen pretty bad, there is no pain and I and urinate properly but have trouble pulling the skin over the head of my penis, I have ice on it now but what can I do? there is no redness or irritation yet but I have a date tomorrow so I need everything in top shape,

Oh for the love of God.  Just google oil + condoms.  It's one of the most common bits of advice about condom use: DON'T use oil as lube with condoms.  Oil products degrade latex, period.  Will it cause the condom to break every time?  No, but it's really not a good plan if you're relying on them for birth control.

Hi A, I will tell you something, me and my wife have used baby oil for over 30 years, she has never had any problems with it, not once never seen a condom break down with it, and at times its been on the inside and the outside of them, but then thats just us, perhaps we are just differant from the rest.

Saliva is actually irritating to the skin.  Babies or adults who drool can get "drool rash" if they aren't cleaned up in a timely fashion.  That might actually explain some of the irritation.  You should go ahead an investigate in some astroglide or ky jelly.  Baby oil is ok if you're just going solo, but oil should never be used if you plan to use a condom (it breaks down latex), and it's not nice for vaginas either.  If you're having sex anyway, lube is a great investment (even really aroused women can sometimes be too dry for comfort, and you will both be much happier with less bad friction).

Hi Guns, If your at home in the bedroom just get your self some baby oil. this will give you lots of slip, but just dont hold to tight, remember its to mimic a vagina, and they dont have a gorilla hold on your penis, its soft and delicate, and thats just how you should masturbate.

Yeah, you're gonna have to wait for it to go down.  Taking an antiinflammatory like ibuprofen might help, but I don't think anyone's studied it.  One dose shouldn't hurt you, though.  I'm sorry to say that if it's still swollen for your date, you shouldn't try anything, since it will probably make it worse.  If it doesn't resolve in a couple of days or gets worse, you should see a doctor.  And yes, lube helps keep you from rubbing yourself raw.

Hi Guns, just leave it alone and by the morning it shoukld be OK, but if you have any just rub some alo vera gel gentle rub some on now and before you go to sleep, it will help sooth it and help heal your prolem.
Next time you feel like long distance masturbating use some lubrication.
Good Luck
