Testosterone tests and low libido

My recent test results are as follows:
Testosterone total - 648  ng/dL  250-1100 range
DHEA Sulfate - 72  mcg/DL   45-345 range
Testosterone Free - 59.0  pg/mL  46-224 range
Testosterone Bioavailable 129.0  ng/dL  110-575 range
SHBG  53 (High)  nmol/L  10-50 rang
Albumin, serum  4.8 g/dL  3.6-5.1 range
Hemoglobin A1C test  5.3

Doctor just sent me the results and checked "OK".  I don't think it is OK.  Total T seems fine, but free T is low and SHBG is high.  Seems like I have a good engine, but the SHBG is a governor on it.  Am I right?  What should I do next?

Hi Tiger, You will need to think about that one, any kind of small illness could have done it, or any meds you may have benn on.

Thanks.  I will try nettle to lower the SHBG and raise the Free T.  I am just wondering what the root cause is and how I should be addressing it.  I hope that "medicating" with nettle will prove successful, but I want to address the "why" if there is one.

Hi Tiger, if you read up about your SHBG, you will find that if free t is low then that will rise your SHBG, and if you google SHBG you will find that nettle will help lower it.
