The head of the penis simulates different regions

I have not seen this anywhere online, but what I have found that there seems be nerve groupings in the head of the penis that simulate different areas. For instants; the back of the head of the penis where it meets the shaft and lobes out, seems to stimulate the prostate, while front right of the head, again at bottom, stimulates the left testy and causes a sensation in the left sole of the foot, the left side of the head mirrors the right.

The back of the head can be use for prostate orgasms, but I have not read about this anywhere. Is this a common experience???

No idea what in the world you're talking about.  An orgasm is an orgasm.  It is a process.  It starts with arousal and blood flow and nitric acid, the sperm is already stored up until the body signals, hey, here we go, and when you get to sufficient congruence of all these systems and neurotransmitters you have an orgasm, the purpose of which is to give your sperm a good head start so it might survive the perilous journey to an egg so the species can reproduce.  Now, I suppose someone could become so in tune with their penis to know where the acupuncture points are and what organs they attach to, assuming there is such a thing, or get to know the nerves, but if one does do that, I'd think one is spending an inordinate amount of time with one's penis and not enough with enjoying intimacy with another human.  But that's just me, you know?  These are things I just can't imagine focusing on when I'm having sex.  But to each their own.  Just go with it, if this is what turns you on, and don't turn it into something that will become an obsession or bother you.  Now, if you're talking about different spots on the penis bringing on different sensations, in general, yes, that's true.  Some places are much more sensitive and will bring about orgasm more easily and just create a much more pleasant experience.  But you know, that could also be your armpits, which are also quite erotic if someone touches them in the right way.
