Vaginal Discharge

I am a 17 year old female. I have been experiencing difficulty in the past some years.
It began when I was 10, I started having smell in my vagina. My discharge become quite too much to be normal. When I was 14, I got diagnosed by family doctor and a gyno - they said it was gram negative bacteria that was flooding the vagina. I got some pills to take, it went away for a small bit of time and came back. I got rediagnosed when I was 16 the doctors said nothing is wrong with the smear tests. I went back to the doctor just this summer still the doctor says nothing is wrong.
My symptoms are very unusual. It is like clumps of dried up mucus inside the vulva and it can get stuck in the pubic hairs at times. It has a wet-papery texture. My vagina is red, extremely tender and sometimes the lip of the vulva itches. The amount of discharge I am getting is so much that I need to wear a pad and change it every hour just to keep it from dripping into clothes.
I have a decent diet, I do not get excersize a lot because I have knee issue. I am overweight.
I don't bathe often, but I shower every day with soap.

I really don't know what to do about this, its become annoying.

Sounds Like it could possibly be Bacterial Vaginosis.... and unfortunately this can re-occur more than once.... and usually when there is a constant problem (like you seem to be having) Some times they will do a "Freeze" Where they freeze the inside of the vagina to Kill the bacteria that seems to keep re-occuring

I'm not a doctor, but I suggest asking your MD. if baths would help and what type of soap to use. I know you can buy over the counter products check with your drug store.
