What to do about premature ejaculation?

Im 35 years old and have always had this problem. I never have any control over when i cum. I can masterbate and cum in less than a minute without even getting an erection. Ive tried everything, all the techniques and methods, creams, condoms, nothing helps me at all unless i am very intoxicated. I don't know what else to do.  Its always been very imbarassing to cum pretty much right when i penetrate a virgina. Some times when im giving oral sex and im excited just my penis brushing on a blanket can make me cum. Please help

First, don't feel bad. This is a common problem.  Do not drink because of this.  That's not an answer and provides more problems than it solves.  What about donning a condom for all sexual activity?  Safe to do so anyway. But receiving oral?  Wear a condom.  Giving oral, keep the condom on.  It will reduce overall sensation.  And then while it seems counterproductive, think about other things entirely.  If you sincerely have tried 'everything' on your own, it is time to get the help of a doctor.  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/188527  Counseling CAN help.  See someone who can talk you through this.  Also, antidepressants have been prescribed that have a side effect associated with them that helps with premature ejaculation. It is between you and your doctor if you go that route but it is an option.  Dapoxetine is something else that is used that you can talk to your doctor about.
You could also see a physical therapist to discuss this problem who may have ideas.

I have also always had a week stream when i pee. Most of the time after im done my penis drips alot of urine a few seconds after im done. This has been going on for as long as i can remember also. Does a weak steam and premature ejaculation go together so to speak?
It can. You really need to be seen by your doctor. It can indicate a prostate issue, or a low testosterone issue, but only your doctor can determine this. These are common problems, so don't be ashamed or embarrassed.
