I am a 28yr old female and have experianced yeast infections before, but this last time was worse than ever before! I do have a tendency to form yeast infections if required to take antibiotics. Recently I was perscribed penecillin and a steriod for 10 days to treat strepthroat... Within a matter of 2 days I felt better, but had started experiancing a large breakout of acne on my face! I've never had this problem, and believed that it may be due to the steriods, as I've never taken them until now. I went to the drug store, and after much consideration purchased Nature's Cure 2 part acne treatment! Within 2 days of taking my perscribed meds and using the Natures choice i had a yeast infection like nothing I've experianced before! I treated it with vagisil and azo yeast pills, and although the itching, irritation, etc. is gone, but in their place has come a strong odor (there was no odor during the actuall yeast infection!). Is it simply a sign that I have not fully gotten rid of the yeast infection? Or something more serious?!?

Notice the disappearance of abnormal discharge. Abnormal white or yellow discharge that occurred prior to treatment and during the course of treatment should resolve itself with in several days after the last round of treatment.

Realize any unusual distinct odor from the vaginal area should not be present within several days to 1 week of treatment occurring. Do not use vaginal sprays or douches after treatment.

Realize itching is no longer present. The vaginal area is no longer red near the labia.

continuation of symptoms may call for a second round of treatment. Visit the doctor to make sure a yeast infection was the proper diagnosis. Yeast infections are normal occurrences in woman.
