anal sex and sperms or semen in bloodstream

Hi ... i am not gay but i had anal sex  before  puberty, when i was 13 or 14 years old for several times .i’m male . if semen enter rectum or anus can i absorbed semen from my rectum?i know the healthly rectum doesn’t absorb sperm (sperm can’t cross from rectal lining)but is it depend on age? Some times i used saliva for lubrication and sometimes without saliva or any lube.,i’ve heard saliva effect on sperms and semen but can it cause absorb semen or sperms  by rectum?so it is possible semen and sperms mix with saliva and enter rectum or bloodstream from wounds or cut And if sperm or semen find a way like tear or injure  or wound or cut in anus or rectum or on leg and contact with them and start bloodstream and come in body can white blood cells detect and destroy sperm and DNA of sperms or semen? Can it effect my DNA(if sperms or semen come in bloodstream?i think i hadn’t sperm when i was 13 or 14 .generally what happens when sperm or semen come in bloodstream before puberty or after puberty?i’m worry that another person sperms changed my DNA when i was 13 or 14 because of anal sex or sperm or semen with saliva and without saliva start bloodstream from tear or fresh cuts?! body didn’t recozine sperm for itself before puberty. can it affect my dna or anything in my body like brain and ... ?can another persons semen cause antisperm antibody and finally infertility? Please tell me :does it tested that what happens when sperm come in body or bloodstream before puberty and can effect in dna or no ? please help me.thank.. dr i know  this question seems stupid but it is important for me!
