Oh, I'm so sorry. I had no idea it was also in those other forums. My mistake and please forgive me if I came off as being rude. That was not my intention. I do wish we knew if this woman was trying to prevent pregnancy with some form of birth control or if something else is going on. Hopefully she will come back and clarify what's going on.
Orry, this was originally posted in the infertility, and pregnany with multiples forum. They must have redirected it. I am not a member of the sex health forum and would have never seen this if it were originally posted here.

Can you please say if you are already pregnant, or, if you are looking for natural ways to not get pregnant? If you're not pregnant are you planning on getting on birth control in the next few months
Like AnnieBrooke said, condoms have been around for many years and are still used all the time.
I see that you live in India so I have no idea what kind of birth control you can get there. I would think condoms would be available though. Possibly the Sponge too.

I think you are in the wrong forum, the woman on here are trying to get pregnant. You probably won't get a lot of answers. Especially on ways to abort a baby

No dietary habit (except perhaps starvation) will prevent pregnancy.
In the old days before condoms (which have actually been around for centuries), people just avoided sex if they didn't want to be pregnant, or else they had sex and occasionally got pregnant.
You can try only having sex directly before your period is due (like, the day or two before, and the first day of actual bleeding), but this is not a foolproof method.

except these things can u suggest me in dietary habits and what kind of things were being used by the people when such things were not present i mean to say some home remedies?
