mine is too, take a picture for your reference and check periodically if its getting worse.  Take some vitamin E, that is supposed to help.  You might have peyronies disease, if it worsens you need to see a Urologist.  Nothing much you can do, mine's at about a 15% bend, the wife makes fun of me but I know she loves it.

A bend in the penis is completely normal. Most men have one. What I can suggest that might help both problems, is trying an erectile disfunction medication, such as Viagra or Cialis. It might cause more blood to flow to the penis causing it to become straighter and have a higher angle of erection.
As for the frenulum pain, it could be caused by a number of things...is it red after you ejaculate? It might be caused by an absence of lubricant and it is being rubbed too much during sex. Try using lubricant. If that doesn't work, see a doctor. Without an acutal examination, I can only specualte. Your doctor can help get a difinitive answer.
