you will bleed when you do it for the first time. you naturally break skin called hymen. it can be sore and spot blood for a few days, and if you keep irritating it, it might bleed more. take a break so it can heal. dont worry though. i know it can be scary.

It's very important a guy's hands are clean and there is plenty of lubrication.  I would not mess around when you are too young to get yourself to the doctor when you get a bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infection, or chlamydia.  It's really easy to have problems like this that need medical attention.  A urinary tract infection is very painful and can damage your kidneys.  It is caused by bacteria getting into your urinary tract.  The others are sexually transmitted infections that can lead to infertility.  At 14 you aren't really responsible enough to consider the risks you are taking.  You are in a dream world about real life.  That's why kids have parents.  They are supposed to protect you from yourself, but if you get a thrill from breaking the rules, you are throwing away that protection.

I think that's normal maybe you're getting fingered too hard. I think you should stop for a.bit.
