bump on my penis

i awoke this morning to discover a bump at the side of my shaft ,i thought it was a large pimple with no head, i tried squeezing it but it became tender so i stopped  i mastubate every day for long i use vaseline to lube could this be the cause

thanks bob , i awoke this morning to find it still a bump but not red or swollen its just a bump i will use a mild medicated soap and not trouble it ,

Well I'm not a guy so my experience in this area is lacking, but I know that nobody, male or female should use Vaseline as lube; it is oil-based and could block pores, etc. Think of it this way; if you wouldn't rub your chosen (non-official*) lube all over your face, then don't rub it all over your sexyparts.
*non-official: it was originally meant for another purpose; it isn't advertised as a lubricant

That probably has something to do with it, stop using Vaseline and if the bump stays or gets worse go and see a doctor.

    Hi if pimple gets any worse go to Doctor , i would not use Vaseline try KY jelly cause it is water based and better Take care ........Bob
