consequences of over-masturbation?
i m 19yrs old and hv been masturbating since 13 daily 2-3 times at least......recently i read an article about over-masturation and its effects.the effects are pain in groin or testicles,lower back,fatigue,hair loss,anxiety,fuzzy vision.and i've experienced pain in grion,lower back and hair loss.i play a lot of football which might explain the pain in groin and hair loss is due to i think heredity but there's no explanation for lower back pain.....is it true that masturbation has side effects?

don´t worry, none of these things are side effects of masturbation... Masturbation and your frequency of masturbation is perfectly natural and healthy.
This article with those anti-masturbation myths was probably written by some religous "expert" or by some sexo-phobic individual. These myths date back to previous centuries when people warned children/adolescents that if they masturbate, their palms will grow hairy, they will get blind or impotent. Just another variation on the tune :"if you enjoy sex, you will go to hell"...just in a pseudomedical form.
Masturbation can cause anxiety only if our mind is infected by some religious prejudices and then the anxiety is caused by our fears, not by masturbation. Masturbation can cause back pain if you find an extremely painful position while masturbating on a ladder or somewhere, masturbation can cause fuzzy vision if you look at the pictures in the dark or on computer which can spoil your eyesight, masturbation can cause blindness if you masturbate with a vibrator and you hit your eyes with the sharp vibrator...etc...
Other warnings and paranoid attitude towards sex and masturbation is just another example of some sexophobic / religious fanatics.
