correct dose of Cialis

I read some place that men with small penises (my penis has 13 cm when engorged ) need to take smaller doses of Cialis ( or Viagra ) because, if they don't, they can have anorgarmia ( the penis has erections but you can't ejaculate ). Is that true ?
I ask this because that happened to me. I'm 70 y.o. and I had the custom to take only a half pill (50 mg ) of Cialis for each 3 days, using also a silicone **** ring around the penis and scrotum ( without it the engorgement is not good enough ). When I tried to take an entire pill, taking off the cockring, the engorgement was very good, but I couldn't achieve the orgasm - it was absolutely impossible. I tried during 3 days without any success. When I returned to the anterior dose ( only a half pill ), using the cockring, the orgasms returned, but the engorgement was not 100% as happened when I took the entire pill. What could I do ?
Thanks.

I have never heard of too much preventing the "O" .  I think you mean 1/2 pill is 5 MG. That is the dose of "daily cialis" I beleive.

good luck getting your rocks!

My question was not about STD or HIV. I didn't understand.
Thanks
