could i be pregnant

this is somewhat a long story but here goes. i stopped taking my pill form birth control (kept forgetting to take it) at the beginning of january which was around the first. i had sex with this guy on january 31rst 2011, he wore a condom, and i think he ejaculated in the condom a little before pulling out. when he pulled out he was taking the condom off the condom wasnt lubricated it might have been an old condom maybe, but i looked and it looked as if the semen may have leaked outside of his condom and he didn't know it or the condom broke and he didn't know it. it has been 2 weeks since we had sex and i started my period on saturday february 12th, but i think my period was supposed to start a week before that on sunday but instead it started saturday february 12th 2011. on that day when my period started i had started another form of birth control (the patch). i woke up in the middle of the night on sunday morning because i had been feeling quesy then sunday morning between 7:35am - 8:00am i was throwing up i felt horrible. my breast are swollen and still swollen nipples are dark and my period only lasted 4 days started saturday and ended on tuesday/wednesday. for four days now i been having this quesy feeling as if i want to throw up but i removed my patch on the 3rd day just to make sure it was the patch that has been making me feel sick. my question is could i be pregnant? can semen leak outside the condom? it may be too early to tell that is why im going to give this a couple more weeks to determine if i am or not. i've hear of women being pregnant and not knowing it until their 2nd or 3rd month or later. some women may not even experience the symptoms.

Just go to the drug store and get a pregnancy test to put your mind at ease.

He will know if the condom ripped.  The condoms do not have little holes.  They are not made like that.  It either rips whide open and your penis looks like a banana with it on or it does not.  That is the way they are made.  If the condom did not rip wide open or it did not come off during sex, you should be fine.

it true some women dont experience the symptoms but it is very rare.  i would say wait for your periods than take test home pregnancy test with first morning urine, it very difficult to say right now what is going on with you PMS and pregnancy symptoms are same so wait or take a blood test that will be more accurate to know . hope this help. Good luck
