covering up porn
By complete accident I discovered a porn site on my boyfriend's computer. When I checked again a half hour later, it had been deleted. I brought it up so he could give his side of the story. He said he does it rarely and when he's away from me and horny. I had suspected that he had an unhealthy attraction to teens (he is 55) from behavior in the past. This site "specialized" in teen porn, although there were all types available. He said he only looked at the naked pictures and nothing else, and that they were of mature women. Sorry, but I just don't buy this. I am not opposed to porn, but the cover-up really bothers me. I also wonder if watching porn can eventually lead to wanting someone else "in the flesh". It would be great to have some input on these issues.

Narla I agree w/ some of the top posts I as a 34 yr old women enjoy watching porn w/ my 40 yr old husb. and sometimes I do alone as he does I understand ur aggravation w/ the "age" part of it but I think more along the lines that older men may watch what is called "underage girls" or teen porn but usually as stated above all these girls are and supposed to be over 18.. He may just like the look of a younger body rather than older ladies..Think about it if your going to watch porn and fantasize it's not usually about an overweight or older man..You would or I would like to see a man w/ a nice tight body!! Now me being 6mos prego and fatter than ever..lol It is a little frustrating for me when he is watching a nice looking "younger" girl w/ a great bod!!Caue god knows as we women get older and our shape starts to change we as a society are constantly chasing our "younger" years and looks.so I would not look to much into the age of what he's looking at that's just his preference, if u research you'll find there is porn of ALL kinds for ppl w/ diff preferences....Big boobs. pregnant women,obese women porn all kinds... could it be that your a little "jealous" of the girls he's looking at or insecure because they are diff. than you..I say this b/c like I stated I am 6mos pregn. and bigger than I have evr been!!! and a little insecure about it..As for worrying about him wanting this to become a reality In my ex. my husband has never cheated on me w/ a younger hotter "porn" type it alot of times is just stimulation and arousal for masturbation like you said he stated he does it "sometimes"!!! I would worry if you found this becoming an obsession but you have evry right to talk to him about your concerns of him wanting this a "reality".....Most men/women who watch porn aren't out to cheat and to be homest most porns now are w/ younger looking girls I guess that's what sells.. I am just trying to give you a women's spin on "porn" watching...id thnk you have much to worry about unless there's other issues going on that u didn't state...Otherwise this is perfectly mainstream normal you may just not agree w/ it...
The parents need to keep a close eye on there kids to avoid such life changing, long term traumas. You can get past this childhood trauma with proper counseling and good friends and family to support you.
it's harmless. and it's perfactly natural for men and women to watch porn. as long as their over the legal age i don't see a problem. Narla sorry about the brother experience

As far as porn, I don't think it's nearly as harmless as our society now wants to convince everyone. Young women and men are totally gungho about it now. Women, as we get older and mature often get over it, and move on, but the men don't seem to. I know in my marriage, it for sure took a toll. Its just too hard to compete with todays hardcore feature lenght films over a lifetime. I decided I deserved a lover I could grow old with. The leftovers weren't enough. I told him, it was either me or him, otherwise I prefer to spend life alone.
This mass influx of porn of this nature and multitude has only been around for the last 30 years or so, and I really don't see how people are going to sustain real relationships anymore. But anyways, I'm just rambling, because of my frustation at how accepting everyone is of porn now. And dangit--it's not natural for 50 yr old men go get to watch 20+ teenage girls have sex every week! Oh well...sorry, for the rant.

There are women who like to look at porn as well,my only problem with porn is when it's used to show a young child how to perform sexual acts,I was sexually abused from 7 years old by my brother who was 10 years older than me and his friend,they used pornographic books to show me what they wanted me to do and what they wanted to do to me as I had no understanding of sex at that age.What can you do,you can't ban porn it would only become more of a turn on for some people.

I was once where your boyfriend is until several months ago my wife said "it's me or the porn"...I've been away from the stuff for 6 months and have no desire to ever see it again, the thought disgusts me...I'd like to fully understand why we men are attracted by the stuff, and why it is so widely available.. I'm not sure about "wanting someone else" in the flesh but I do believe it may lead to that in time..
Most of the "teen" porn sites are sites with women 18 and over who look much younger than they are.
