I'm not a doctor, but I think it would be a wise idea to get a second (and maybe third or more) opinion.  There may be surgeries, but I can't say for sure, since i don't know your exact injury.  But even people who are paralyzed from the neck down (and therefore don't "feel" their genitals) can have orgasms.  Many of them say that when they come they feel a pleasurable tingling all over their body, scalp, etc.  Experiment, and don't get discouraged.  If you've damaged a peripheral nerve, it may not regenerate fully.  But if it DOES, it can take a long time - even years.  Keep talking with your docs DON'T GET DISCOURAGED!

I am a little doubtful if the dog bite can account for all your loss of feeling during intercourse. I also wonder if you might be slipping into a performance anxiety erectile dysfunction situation. I would need to know a lot more about you. Perhaps an expert in sexual health could help you.
