dw dude... im 15 and i used to do it alot last year coming on to this year.. i never got worried .. i just went on with my daily life and as soon as i got my amazing girlfriend, i havnt masturbated in a while.. iv really slowed down.. so dude dont worry about it .. and as liam said just chill out listen to music is the best thing, also chilling with mates can take your mind of it all :)

its a natural thing, but getting a girlfriend can help. sometimes you should just not think about it and find something to do in the mean time
