groin pain

I had unprotected oral/ vaginal sex with a girl 4 days ago. The next day I was fine and woke went for a run on the beach for 4 miles. First time running on the beach. I took couple wrong steps and pulled my upper back. The next day my back and my legs were hurting I am sure that's because of the jogging and this was the first time I jogged in almost 2 months. Also my groin area right above my penis is also hurting, more when I apply pressure. No discharge or burning sensation or blood in the urin. Do you guys think its early sign of HIV? Or maybe some muscle I pulled while running. Also i had sex after almost 3 month... What do you guys think?
