Most men masturbate daily throughout their lives.  I am a woman and I masturbate several times a week.  It is healthy and safe no matter what.  In fact, for men it is very very healthy for your prostate.  It is recommended for men to ejaculate 5 times a week for good prostate health.  Hope this helps.

It fine to choke your chicken or mastrubate as long as you don't do it too much like an addiction.
