Hi Becca, Did they give you this or did you pick on it, I think you will find it to involed and its a very deep subject, you must have seen the cases that have been in the news one was Austria and Germany, but some of these things just happen, if you can try finding some old copys of Forum, there are some cases in them in the letters at the back of each copy, and from that you may get some idea, from and how it happens.
