is pregnancy possible

is pregnancy possible after havin an unprotected sex 5 days before menses....i had my last circle on 22nd april n waz due dis month n had unprotected sex on 17th may is der a possiblity dat i wud concieve.....i had a contraceptive too...

Oh ok, found it on the net. Well if it has been taken within 72 hours after the intercourse then it is effective and there is nearly no chances for your to be pregnant.

However I should warn you that such contraceptives should not be used more frequently then once in 6 months in order to avoid possible complications. Next time do use a condom.

which is used after intercourse...is it possible even den????????i had it immidiately after d intercourse in 2 hrs......

Sorry, but dont know what it is... Is it a post-coital contraceptive? Which is used after intercourse? Or is it a normal oral contraceptive which is used for a period of a month?

Dear Nayamat,

Which contraceptive have you used? Have you sticked to the dosing schedule?

5 days before menses is a good time to conceive. So if you have had unprotected sex, a possibility of pregnancy exists.
