make out mouth sore..

my girlfriend and i are only freshman in highschool and i know like who she has dated for the past year or so, none of them seemed like guys that got far at all with any girl. the other night we were making out, alot, ab 2 1/2 hours of it and i havnt made out for almost three months and never that long. and i fingered her and tasted my fingers (now a worry). i dont know if it was later that night or the next morning but i woke up with a sore tongue, like the little flap of skin at the under it has a lil whiteish bump ab the size of the tip of a pen or so, and its a little sore, like a canker sore.

she's 14 and deff isnt the kind of girl to go far, she's even told me she doesn't want to, i think she just got horny, but who knows..im hoping this sore or from making out and just using my tongue too much, like a blister..any ideas?

You can get something like that from forgetting to brush your teeth or using a toothbrush that is too old, I have been told.  I've had them before.  I don't think its anything to worry about.   Give it a few days.

im a girl but sometimes i get tiny white spot type things on the bottom of my tongue, and its just an irritated taste bud, you mite have just iritated one from kissing so much, if thats all it is, it should go away in 2-3 days. otherwise, see a doctor
