I have a similar situation and its not a compulsion.  The feelinf of ejaculation is so good I masturbate often, like 4 times a day.  I'm 33 and i have seen on difference in my health or behaviour.  Find someone to share with and this might help. Good luck

Alternate fomentation of hot and cold water on penis may help you to reduce the urge to masturbate. Google Penis bath with hot and cold water(alternate). you may learn about microcosmic orbit and practice circulating sexual energy around the microcosmic orbit. It may take more time to get control on your sexual urge.

Put the porn down..... Lol
Well I don't know how hard it is for you to stop but if all else fails just think of things that personally turn you off. ( cold showers, your mother naked , math... Etc..)

First of all, masturbation isn't unhealthy or unnatural...unless its become a compulsion.  Is the reason you want to stop that you're doing it too much or you just simply want to stop?  If you think you're doing it too much like you may be addicted I would recommend you talk to a therapist about it.  It may be helpful to discuss your issue with them and ways to stop.  If you just want to stop to stop I recommend staying away from things that trigger arousal for you.  Good luck!
