masterbation

Dear Doctor,

hi doctor , i have been masterbating for 5 years ..atleast 1-2 times a day...will it affect my wife's pregnency and my masculinity ,kindly answer my question.i wanna masterbate before i go to sleep is it any prob??.does it have any side effects..pls reply as soon as possible

hi sir thanks for u r advice...i have seen people telling tat it wil not effect ..anyway if  i stop it wil it b alright after some time ....i wil surely stop it ..

Your masculinity is tied to your personality and has very little to do with how much you want to masturbate.

If you masturbate too much then the amount of ejaculate per orgasm will most likely be reduced and this could have some small impact on getting her pregnant.

To ensure she gets pregnant though you're much more likely to have success in planning when you have sex correctly - like when she's most likely to be ovulating. There are family planning clinics that will be happy to advise you about the best times to have sex when trying to get pregnant, but this should only really be needed if you fail to actually get pregnant. In fact I wouldn't worry about anything regarding your masturbation habits unless you fail to get her pregnant either. To be on the safe side though, if you know you're likely to have sex at a certain time of day on specific days, just make sure not to masturbate at all on that day until you've had sex - so in other words it's still fine to masturbate before going to sleep.
