Shouldnt be a problem. My wife tells me she did this when she was young. Give it a rest and just play with your clit. Maybe some cream may be helpful.

There is no side effects to pillow humping. If your labia is raw, take a break, and use a pillow with fabric that isn't so rough. Also wait until you are wet.
