I Masturbate 4 times a week. The quantity of semen is reduced when i masurbate on consecutive days.I feel weak after masturbationg. What is the normal frequency of masturbation and is there any way to improve the semen quantity.

Thanks..so is there a way to improve the semen quantity. And i masturbate mostly by watching porn. Is this ok. Is there any sex tools to help in masturbation.

There is no normal frequency for masturbation. Some people do it every day (or several times a day), some a few times a week, a few times a month, etc. Everybody is different. You might want to try masturbating less often to increase the quantity of your semen.
