Hey I am 20 yes old I'm masturbating since last 5years .. I'm having wet dreams for last 3 years. The serious problem was I started having pain in the pennies since last 3 days and my pennis is not erecting not even 1% its staying d same. I'm from an orthodox family I can't convey this to any of my family members plz plz plz help me. Im having depression and psycological pressure is building up... Plz do help me.

From my experience plz do not masturbate too many I'll effect will happen ... I know resisting it was very hard but try to minimize it as less as possible. And if u r doing prone or overmasturbation soon ull loose interest in having real sex!!!

Having wet dreams is very common for guys your age. I wish I could recommend something for it but I have no idea what you could use to stop them. As you get older they will most likely stop.

Go a few days without masturbating and try again. If you're still not getting a full erection you really should see a Dr. Like I said, your family does not have to know about you seeing one.

You don't have to talk to your family about this but you can see a Dr. Your Dr can not tell anyone why you're there. 
Have you done anything differently that you can think of? A different kind of masturbation maybe?
