problem with my penis
hello i am 14yo and i have had some problems with my penis for the last 3 days from 14/12/14 there have been red spots that look bumpy red and when i have a erection my skin starts to become painful and especially when foreskin is pulled back and there is also skin coming of the head and is red around there area to the hole of penis and i have never had sexual intercourse and i first thought it was from friction
