But sex timing can be acheived.. i can go some time 2 hours.. its just you have to practice... what required most  to prolong sex timing is either empty stomach or eat very less and wait untill it get dijest at least couple hours .. in this way you have more control on you body parts and you can use pull out method in early few days.. if you practice right then you can acheive 30 to 45 minutes easly..
