sexual disease

i removed my viginal hairs a week ago and one day after that i had some finger insertion in my vigina with my boyfriend. since then my vigina is painfull and its left side has grown more bigger and swelled alot. doctor sugggested me to keep it clean and gave me a cream called candiderma to put there but there is no effect of it. i am in bad pain just help me out

the candiderma i think is basically for thrush and other yeast/ bacteria infections so it is possible it it thrush there may be a tablet for it im not too sure or it may be an ingrown hair as they are incredible painful if not taken care of but im not too sure perhaps try another doctor??
