I am having sex with my husband weekly once. Apart from intercourse we do all the things. without intercourse by doing small matters i losing my sperms is it normal Due to this now only i am getting toe pain now and then. If we not involve in sex for 10 days i am relaxed from toe pain so if i am lose my sperms i getting toe pain severly is sperms losing without intercourse cause weakness? To avoid what should i cosume

U understood wrongly. usally i wont keep intercourse with my huband because i dont want to get preganant due to my job situtations at present. You are saying that if you have sexual intercourse your toe hurts, but if you don't have sexual intercourse then you have toe pain?
You would like to have sexual intercourse so that you can get pregnant, but have toe pain if you have sexual intercourse, so you would like to know what the problem is, or, what you can take so that you can still have sexual intercourse without the toe pain, am I right?
If so, it is odd (I don't mean that in a bad way) to have pain from sex, however, if this is the case then you should see a doctor. I don't know of anything you can take/eat to solve this problem. I am sorry I don't have the answer, but I am sure other people will respond, so please keep checking.
